Our social impact strategy, ‘People Positive’, was informed by a comprehensive research programme with Simetrica-Jacobs, the London School of Economics and Social Life. We measured 20+ wellbeing drivers taken from the Office for National Statistics national wellbeing programme. This approach means we can assess community wellbeing in a consistent and robust way, and ultimately see how Mayfair (and Belgravia) score in relation to comparable places, the local authority, region and nationally. The research included a survey of 600+ people, living, working or visiting Belgravia, as well analysis of secondary data relating to wellbeing drivers such as air quality. We also ran community workshops with a mix of local stakeholders, businesses and residents to provide additional perspectives to compare against survey data.
