Grosvenor

Grosvenor's heartland is in London’s West End, where we support nearly 1,000 businesses and thousands of residents, workers and visitors each day. We also invest in neighbourhoods in Liverpool and across England. We’re focused on helping to make and manage great places where communities, business and nature thrive. We have an important role to play in ensuring places like Mayfair and Belgravia work for the various communities that live or work here. We are partnering with Commonplace to deepen our understanding of what drives wellbeing in these neighbourhoods so we can ultimately improve wellbeing for everyone.

Social Life

Social Life is an independent research organisation. Our work is about the relationship between people and places. We specialise in research and community projects exploring how people are affected by changes in the built environment. We bring these insights to the process of planning, designing and managing places by working with communities, built environment professionals, public agencies and governments, in the UK and internationally. Social Life is working with Grosvenor to carry out research on residents', workers' and visitors' perceptions of Mayfair and Belgravia to inform Grosvenor's wellbeing strategy. A first round of research was carried out in 2021. This round will show where improvements have been made, and what changes are needed.
